Wellness for All: Mind, Body, and Community

The Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) Prince George’s County Chapter invites you to join us for our annual Let’s Move Prince George’s County Community Health Fair—a FREE community event dedicated to healthier living, stronger families, and a healthier Prince George’s County.

This year’s theme, “Wellness for All: Mind, Body, and Community,” reflects our belief that true wellness extends beyond physical health. It includes caring for our minds, supporting one another, connecting with valuable resources, and creating communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

A Day of Health, Wellness & Community

Whether you’re looking to prioritize your health, learn something new, connect with local resources, or simply enjoy a positive day with family and friends, there will be something for everyone.

Attendees will have opportunities to:

Receive free health screenings
Meet local healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners
Participate in fitness and wellness demonstrations
Explore resources supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Enjoy interactive activities, giveaways, and wellness experiences
Discover practical ways to make healthier choices for yourself and your family

Families are welcome, and we encourage community members of all ages to join us.

Who We Are

Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. was chartered in the State of Texas on September 8, 1964, as a nonprofit educational and humanitarian organization committed to serving youth and adults.

The Prince George’s County Chapter proudly carries that mission forward in our local community. Our programs and service initiatives focus on Top Teens of America, improving the status of women, senior citizens, community beautification, and community partnerships.

We also support organizations whose missions align with our commitment to education, health, opportunity, and community service, including the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), United Negro College Fund (UNCF), March of Dimes, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our Let’s Move Prince George’s County Community Health Fair is another way we put service into action—bringing information, resources, organizations, and people together to help our community live healthier lives.
