This unforgettable evening will bring together accomplished women across industries for mentorship, networking, and powerful storytelling. We’ll also uplift the next generation of leaders—young women from OBT’s workforce programs—who will share their dreams and exchange inspiration with all in attendance.

We are proud to honor four trailblazing women whose leadership, resilience, and joy shine brightly in their communities and workplaces. Their stories will inspire us as we celebrate both milestones and the limitless potential ahead.

All proceeds from this event will directly support OBT’s mission to serve over 1,500 New Yorkers annually through education, job training, supportive services, and employment opportunities.
