Level Up Cincinnati’s mission is to empower underserved students, particularly first-generation college students from low-income families, to thrive in education and professional careers. The organization addresses critical challenges these students face, such as higher dropout rates and limited access to resources, by providing mentorship, scholarships, career readiness training, and access to a professional support network
