Level Up Cincinnati (LUC) is an initiative dedicated to empowering first-generation college students from disadvantaged backgrounds, bridging the gap between education and career success. Through a unique blend of mentorship, scholarship, curriculum and professional network access, LUC strives to transform lives, strengthen the workforce, and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Cincinnati community.

LUC's mission is to empower underserved students, particularly first-gen students from low-income families, to thrive in education and professional careers. The program addresses critical challenges faced by these students, such as higher dropout rates and limited access to resources. LUC's holistic approach cultivates personal and professional growth, nurturing leaders who contribute to a more equitable and prosperous future.

How We Help

Personalized Mentorship: Each student is paired with two dedicated coaches throughout their college journey, fostering a strong support system and guidance from transition to employment.
Professional Development: LUC provides comprehensive career coaching, networking opportunities, and access to a growing pool of local business leaders, enhancing students' pathways to success.
