As many of you know, if you ask me about Frosted Faces, you'd better have a seat because I can go on for a while. I think it's so important to explain that the money we raise goes directly to senior dogs in every possible way, but most importantly, to medical care for the LIFE of the dog whether you fling, foster or adopt. If I were to guess, I'd say at least half the dogs that come to FFF are there because their owner couldn't afford their medical expenses and so they were sent to a shelter where their likelihood of making the cut is incredibly low- that is unless FFF sees them and sends out a call to arms on social media asking if an angel will step forward and go pick them up and deliver them to Frosted Faces. Once they make it to the shelter, they are given veterinary care, medicine, a bath, whatever they need to begin healing from the difficulties life has thrown at them. I'm often told, "I could never volunteer there because it would break my heart", but I reply with "Why? Once they arrive at FFF they are taken care of and given every opportunity to thrive and live out their golden years healthy, happy and loved. Every dog ends up finding a home and the adopter gets a loyal companion that will return their love by tenfold."
I am asking for any donation, big or small, so Frosted Faces Foundation can continue saving senior dogs who were deemed disposable simply because they got old.
