For the last 5 years, Giffy Gives and the Gifford Fitness community have helped raised over $100,000 for Alexandra House, a local emergency shelter for domestic violence victims. Every year we host a fitness event to raise awareness and funds for Alexandra House.

What was formerly the 24 Hours of Heroes, is now Lift For Hope - A Benefit for Alexandra House

Lift For Hope is an all-day Weightlifting event to raise $50,000 for our local emergency shelter for domestic and sexual violence survivors.

This is a local, grassroots event designed to lift up and support our community.

Athletes will fundraise as much as possible ($300 suggested) to help support Alexandra House.

Each athlete will get 3 attempts to record the heaviest lift, just like a traditional weightlifting meet.

There will be 5 sessions:

Session 1: Squat
Session 2: Sanctioned USAW Meet - Women
Session 3: Sanctioned USAW Meet - Men
Session 4: Deadlift
Session 5: Freestyle!
