As a valued donor of Theatre West, you already know the magic that happens when the house lights dim and the curtain rises. But behind every unforgettable performance on our stage is a community of dedicated supporters like you.

As this year comes to a close, we are reflecting on everything we achieved together. This season, Theatre West presented 6 Mainstage shows, 84 performances of Storybook Theatre, welcomed over 11,175 combined audience attendees, and provided ongoing professional workshops for our members.

Ticket sales only cover a portion of what it takes to keep our artistic vision alive and our doors open. We rely on regular tax-deductible gifts from our donors to maintain our historic building, supportive staff and service providers, and expand our community outreach programs.

Your tax-deductible contribution will help us step into 2027 with a strong financial base to continue providing robust productions & programs for our community and constituents along with:

➢ Original world premiere mainstage productions

➢ Programs to bring theatre into the lives of our community’s children

➢ WestFest: A four week festival of exciting new plays

➢ Celebrations of our nation’s many diverse cultures

➢ Workshops to develop the craft of our theatre artists in their pursuit of authentic visions and creative expression

Thank you for your applause, loyalty, and your investment in Theatre West.

We cannot wait to share next season’s incredible lineup which is possible because you Light Our Stage!

With Gratitude,

Theatre West
