Every entrepreneur, no matter how driven, encounters obstacles in their journey. Just as every artist, no matter how dedicated, faces challenges along the way. Whether it's finding the time to network as an artist juggling teaching and performance gigs, or traveling safely to art communities to connect with gallery owners, producers, and other art professionals, hurdles can hinder an artist’s business progress.

Likhaya's microgrant fund is designed to provide artists with the support to alleviate some of these obstacles and engage in entrepreneurial activities. By providing small grants of up to $500, we empower artists to:

Fund safer modes transportation to attend evening networking events.
Take an afternoon off work to network with peers, galleries, and venues.
Have access to hardship grants to overcome unexpected challenges in emergency situations.
