Welcome to Lincoln Elementary PTA's Go Green to Get Green Fundraiser!

Each year, the PTA needs to raise funds for our school to help pay for many of the programs and events our kids (and parents) enjoy and benefit from. The PTA's annual fundraiser helps support our kids, teachers and school with supplemental learning programs, field trips, community events and supplies not funded by the district. Some of these programs and events include Multicultural Night, Movie Night, Read Across America Week, Science Night & STEM Week, Hands on Art, Teacher Grants, Class Field Trips, Kinder Music and SO, SO, SO much more! In order to continue having these wonderful events/programs, we ask our community for help. Money donated through this fundraiser goes directly to LINCOLN!

If we make our goal, we will plant a tree at Anderson Park from Lincoln Elementary Students 2023-2024.

Hands on Art - Students learn projects based on artists or styles of art, and technique. HOA encourages creative expression, allowing our students the freedom to touch, handle and experiment with different mediums and techniques.

Science Night & STEM Week - Encourages family engagement and student interest in STEM activities.

Zen Dens - 2 quiet outdoor lounge areas for the students to relax in and read, color, or participate in another quiet activity. This gives an alternative for students who find recess to be overstimulating and promotes emotional wellbeing.

Field Trips - 1st through 5th grade each get 2 field trips per year to places like The LA County Zoo or the California Science Center.

Thanks to very successful fundraisers in the past we were able to purchase Lincoln T-shirts for every student at the school! This encourages a sense of community and inclusion among the students and we hope to make it a tradition for years to come.

Go Green to Get Green also encourages Reusing, Recycling, and Reducing waste with our Used Sneaker Drive for the entire month of January and an E-Waste Event on January 6th at Lincoln Elementary. The students will earn money for the school with every pair of sneakers donated and every pound of e-waste brought to our event.
