Every girl deserves the chance to become her best self.

The Girls Empowerment Camp began three years ago with that single vision.

The transition from childhood to adolescence has always been challenging. Today, however, that period is fraught with pressures and struggles that were unimaginable a generation ago. Preteen girls—especially Black and brown girls—too often face challenges that can undermine their developing self-esteem and have lasting effects on their health, educational achievement, and future opportunities.

The 2027 Girls Empowerment Camp seeks to uplift girls ages 9–12 by giving them tools, skills, experiences, and resources to help them navigate this important transition with greater confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and a belief in their own potential.

Our free five-day summer camp uses experiential learning to make those lessons meaningful—and fun.

Girls participate in activities such as etiquette, yoga, self-care, journaling, arts and crafts, team-building activities, and obstacle courses. We also encourage summer learning and academic skill retention through reading, problem-solving, and critical-thinking exercises.

Throughout the week, girls are encouraged to try something new, work through challenges, build friendships, discover their strengths, and understand that setbacks do not define what they can become.

Most importantly, the camp provides a safe and supportive environment where girls can simply be girls while learning that they are capable, worthy, resilient, and full of possibility.

Your support makes this possible.

The Girls Empowerment Camp is offered free of charge to participating girls and their families. Your donation helps us provide the activities, materials, meals, experiences, and resources that make an enriching week of camp possible.

So put on your dancing shoes—or just come ready to enjoy the music—and spend the afternoon with us.

Dance. Laugh. Fellowship. Give.

Together, we can help ensure that every girl has the chance to become her best self.
