We are so excited to have you join us in this year's Reclaiming Florida's Future Lobby Day!! Please read the entirety of this email regarding our trip to Tallahassee, as it contains important information.

Lodging

If you have selected to stay in the Casa Bella Hotel, please read the following:

Our group has a hotel block reserved at the Casa Bella Inn & Suites, but you will need to call ahead of time to book your room, so be prepared with a card number but rest assured you will not be charged until checkout. The rooms are $70 for the night of January 23rd. If you would like to share a room with a friend, please be sure to request a room with two beds! This brings down the price to $35 per person; if you share the room with three other people, the cost goes down to under $20 per person.

Please call this number: (850) 878-5099 , and let the staff know you would like to reserve a room under the "genCLEO" or "the CLEO Institute" block. Then give your name and card info.

When you finish booking, please email me at aesperson@cleoinstitute.org and confirm your room has been booked and if anyone is staying with you.

7:30 AM - Bus departs Miami

11:30 AM - Buses depart Tampa/Orlando

4 PM - Arrival in Tallahassee and check-in to Casa Bella hotel

5 PM - Dinner at Challenger Center

6 PM - Training

Jan 24th:

8 AM - Continental breakfast at hotel

9 AM - Rally on Old Capitol steps

10 AM to 3:30 PM - Meetings with elected officials

4 PM - Buses depart Tallahassee to return home
