Join us for a day of creativity, community, and water story

The spectacle of the F.L.O.W Puppet Parade will be coming to Payahuunadü/Owens Valley in Spring 2027. In collaboration with the Owens Valley Indian Water Commission, Revealing Payahuunadü, and Walking Water, we will host the first Puppet Parade in the Valley - celebrating water in all its forms.

Think large-scale great blue heron, pupfish, cottonwood puppets dancing through the streets…

What would you become?

Intro Workshop

To explore what that means and how to get involved, we will hold an intro day of making, story sharing, and community. We will make a small bird or fish puppet to take home, get to know the artists, listen to local water stories, play, and share food together.
