Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT), is the high school mentoring and professional development program of NBMBAA. LOT® activities focus on Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Readiness, Career Preparation, and Lifekills. Through monthly workshops, mentoring and business case critical skills development, the program seeks to provide students with the tools necessary to be successful in their collegiate endeavors and teaches basic business acumen to prepare them for the workforce.

The year culminates in June with the National LOT Leadership Summit and Case Competition. Leaders from across the country attend value added workshops, college tours, and compete for scholarships through a case competition.

Our local chapter also offers scholarships to qualified LOT Alumni attending any College, University, or trade program. Our program is inclusive and open to students of all backgrounds.

Your contribution supports program development scholarships, mentorship, the case competition team, and LOT Summit registration and travel costs.
