Caring Families' Annual Love Saves Lives Walk, has been rescheduled for Saturday Oct 14th, from 12-2 pm. !!!
Our Walk will begin and end at our center located at 37 Ivan Hill St. Willimantic CT.
We'll be walking for 2 this year. One mile for the mom and one mile for their child. We know first hand that there are many obstacles in the way of a women today, deciding to parent her child. We are committed to doing everything we can to let our clients know there are real supports and people waiting to see them succeed!
Imagine how great it would be, if hundreds of us gathered together in Willimantic, walking in solidarity and showing the community that there are so many caring people who are supporting women through their pregnancies and beyond! Even if you haven't yet been involved in our walk, this October is the perfect time to impact the community in a meaningful way.
There are many ways you can get involved in this year's walk
You can register to walk very quickly and share the campaign with friends and families through email, text or social media.
You can create or join a team, and leverage your church, neighbors and friends to help even more women and their families than ever before. Ask them to support the great work we are doing.
You can donate to the walk, either directly to Caring Families, or by sponsoring a person who is already walking. There, we share how a donation today will immediately start helping the clients we serve.
We want this to be a great time, in the midst of everything happening around us, for friends and families to come together and support the life changing, life saving work being done throughout Connecticut.
Won't you help us make this an October to remember?
Your continued support and participation in our fundraising events truly makes a difference!
