Please use this page to submit a student's donation for the Dance. EVERY STUDENT MUST HAVE A COMPLETE PERMISSION FORM TO ATTEND. Making a donation does not automatically grant your student permission to attend the dance. You can fill out the permission form at this link.

SUGGESTED DONATION $10 per student or maximum $15 per household. No donation is necessary for entry - just a completed permission form, filled out separately.

WHEN: Friday, June 12, 2026

TIME: 5:00 – 8:00 PM (5-6pm 8th grade only dinner; 6-8pm 7/8th grade dance)

WHERE: KENNEDY SCHOOL - CAFETERIA

You must be a 7th or 8th grader at the Kennedy to attend.

Students must be dropped off and picked up in the cafeteria, using the SARTWELL AVE DOORS ONLY. Please do not enter the building by any other entrance. The students are welcome to dress up and enjoy music and dancing or come casual. There will be a chill-out zone for students that prefer to hang out instead of dance!

Everyone is welcome!!!

FOOD: We will be serving dinner for the 8th grade from 5-6pm, and snacks and drinks for the entire evening. Please let us know if your child has food allergies so we/you can provide a substitution for your child.

VOLUNTEERS: This event is supervised by 8th grade committee members and parent volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, please let us know in advance. All volunteers must have an active CORI on file.

SICK POLICY: If your student was out sick from school the day of the event they are not permitted to attend. If your student is exhibiting any symptoms, please keep them home. We follow the same rules as the school does.

PERMISSION: Please return to school no later than Wednesday, June 3rd.

Please review with your student(s):

All students must check out with volunteers before leaving
No student will be allowed to reenter the event once they have checked out
Parents or designated person may pick up students at the Sartwell Ave. entrance
Your phone can be on you but RESPECT your classmates. ASK permission before taking photos or videos
The volunteers will call your parent/guardian if the need arises
For the protection of all students, do not enter the gym or cafeteria to retrieve your student. Please check in at the entrance and we will have your student check out with you
We end the event at 8:00 pm, so please pick up your student promptly
