This sweepstakes is sponsored by the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania, a political organization located at:
4203 Union Deposit Road #1185, Harrisburg, PA 17111

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to win.

Sweepstakes Period

Begins June 21, 2025 and remains open until the minimum fundraising threshold of $5,000 is met, as detailed below in the "Minimum Fundraising Threshold" section.

How to Enter

A. Donation Entry (Optional)

Make a donation through the official LPPA Givebutter event page.

Every $20 donated = 1 entry
A $100 donation = 25 entries
Unlimited entries allowed via donation.
All donations are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of drawing delays.

B. Free Entry (No Donation Required)

Complete all three of the following steps to qualify:

Mail-In Submission:
Handwrite your full name, email, phone number, and mailing address on a 3"x5" card and mail in a stamped envelope to:

Facebook Engagement:

- Comment on the sweepstakes announcement post
- Share the post publicly to your timeline

- Comment on the sweepstakes announcement post
- Repost (retweet) the post

📌 Mail-in entries are only valid if both social media engagements are completed before the drawing. One entry per envelope.

Prizes (Randomly Assigned)

Winners will receive one of the following items:

Framed Kordell Stewart signed poster
Framed Steel Curtain photo signed by 3
Framed Joe Montana signed card with photo
Framed Sidney Crosby signed photo
Jalen Hurts signed jersey

📦 All prizes are awarded “as is.” No substitutions or cash exchanges. Winners cannot select which prize they receive.

Minimum Fundraising Threshold

To ensure effective outreach and programming, no drawing will take place until at least $5,000 in total donations is raised.
If this threshold is not met by November 4, 2025, the entry period will remain open until it is.

Updates will be posted on the official Givebutter event page and LPPA social media.

Winner Selection & Notification

Once the fundraising goal is reached:

Winners will be selected randomly within 5 business days.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate may be selected.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes.
Prizes valued over $600 will require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may result in a 1099-MISC.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the sponsor.
LPPA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes due to fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and communicating with participants. Information will not be sold or shared.

Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
