LTP COTTAGE FUNDRAISING PROJECT

The Cottage Project will transform an existing cottage on Life Turning Point’s campus into safe, affordable housing for mothers transitioning out of homelessness. Too often, women leave programs ready to move forward, only to face the impossible challenge of finding housing they can afford.

This project will create a place where mothers can continue building stability for themselves and their children while saving hundreds of dollars each month and receiving continued support and care through Life Turning Point. Instead of being one emergency away from homelessness, they will have the opportunity to build savings, plan for the future, and truly thrive.

Our goal is to raise $512,450 while simultaneously completing the renovation of the cottage into a safe, welcoming home. We anticipate the project will take approximately six months, allowing every gift to help move the project forward in real time.

The need is urgent, and the opportunity is right in front of us. Together, we can turn this cottage into a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings.
