Workshop Objectives

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to:

Develop a 30–60–90 day action plan
Align storytelling and partnerships with organizational goals
Identify meaningful metrics to evaluate impact
Apply simple evaluation methods
Identify strategies to sustain and scale their work

This is not a lecture-style session.

In this workshop, you will:

Build a 30–60–90 day action plan
Define clear next steps tied to your goals
Identify 2–3 meaningful metrics to track progress
Develop a simple evaluation approach

You’ll also have the opportunity to apply this directly to your own work and leave with a plan you can begin implementing immediately.
