This interactive workshop focuses on helping participants evaluate, strengthen, and build partnerships that are aligned with shared goals and built for real community impact.

What You’ll Learn

Participants will:

Analyze their partnership ecosystem to identify gaps and opportunities
Differentiate between transactional and strategic partnerships
Identify alignment and shared value across partners
Define roles, expectations, and contributions within partnerships
Develop a partnership engagement approach aligned with a specific goal

This is not a lecture-style session.

In this workshop, you will:

Map your current partnership ecosystem
Identify high-impact and misaligned partnerships
Clarify roles and expectations within partnerships
Design an engagement strategy for a real partnership goal

You’ll also have the option to bring your own examples and begin applying what you learn directly to your work.
