Welcome to Let's Walk It Out - 222 Mile Ruck March Inc., Presented by The Waters Family, a 501(C)3) nonprofit committed to preventing veteran and first responder suicide through a public health approach. Our mission is to eliminate the stigma associated with PTS and suicide. We are dedicated to breaking the silence, raising awareness, and promoting intervention to normalize the conversation about all mental illnesses and suicide.

Let's Walk It Out - 222 Mile Ruck March is a program designed to heal our warriors through pain and resiliency. A life of service can leave its mark, but together, we can impress upon our heroes that they are not alone. We invite you to stand with us in our battle to end the societal stigma surrounding mental illness and suicide. Together, through collaboration and determination, we can make a difference in the lives of veterans, first responders, and their families.
