With your help, the FNA would like to continue our annual Annual FNA Neighborhood Scholarship program where we help support the future of students in Fishtown!

This scholarship recognizes three exceptional local high school seniors and supports their post-high-school education plans with an award of up to $5,000 each. Two scholarships will be awarded to students graduating from our local Penn Treaty High school and a third to a student who lives in Fishtown and/or goes to school in the neighborhood.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

Student identifies as a first-generation college student and/or Family income below threshold (using School District of Philadelphia qualifications for free and reduced lunch)
GPA of 2.5 or higher, with possible exception for trend towards higher grades in junior/senior year accompanied by letter of recommendation
Accepted to an accredited post-secondary education institution (4-year, 2-year, or community college, or other post-secondary education, including trade schools and other accredited training/apprenticeship programs)

Applications due May 29, 2026 5pm and winner announced on or before June 6, 2026

Important note: Thank you for considering donating to support our scholarship fund. Please be aware that the FNA (as a recognized RCO in Philadelphia) is unable to accept donations from any business or organization undergoing a zoning review within the current year. By donating, you confirm that you are not presently involved in any zoning processes, nor do you intend to be involved in such processes in the near future.
