Despite the lack of front-page headlines recently, the situation in Ukraine is getting worse, not better: this past month, on 9 July, Russia launched an aerial assault on Ukraine involving 728 drones and 13 missiles in one day – a new record. Millions of Ukrainians continue to suffer unimaginable loss and trauma, leaving a nation in desperate need of healing.

Now is a crucial time to help. Following our tremendous 2024 impact, we are returning this September with Yoga for Healing the Wounds of War 2025, and we can’t do it without you.

This is an URGENT CALL TO DONATE to support our mission to end the cycle of violence happening in Ukraine and worldwide, starting by training yoga teachers in trauma-sensitive methods in Corfu, Greece. These teachers will return home and, with their new skills, help heal vast communities traumatised by war, including:

• War veterans and their families

• Refugees and internally displaced persons

• People who lost homes, jobs, income, and the opportunity to study

• People who lost loved ones or suffered physical and mental trauma

To help end the cycle of violence that war perpetuates, this is a vital mission of alternative peace-building that is designed to scale up, for maximum impact.

We are looking to raise £45,000 to continue spreading urgent trauma relief. Your support will help us give thousands of Ukrainians the tools to manage the effects of war trauma, covering the costs of the training retreat, building an online resource library, and providing ongoing support to thousands of Ukrainians, to help push back against the war-driven mindset that keeps the world mired in vicious cycles of violence.
