Our Roots: More Than Just a Studio

Since 2012, Dance Levels has been on a mission to ensure that everyone has the chance to experience dance on a nourishing, empowering, inspiring, and culturally relevant level.

What started as a community initiative blossomed into our first physical studio in Pinson, Alabama, in 2018. But as we grew, we realized that Dance Levels wasn't just a place to learn steps; it was a place where dance truly exists on another level.

The "REACH" Factor

Our organization grew from a unique, organic goal: to REACH. We pride ourselves on being culturally relevant. We provide a space for minorities and individuals who may feel intimidated or unrepresented in traditional dance settings. From the absolute beginner to the seasoned professional, we provide dance training and produce shows that resonate with the heart of our community.

Our Impact by the Numbers

Every year, we are honored to serve over 2,000 individuals through:

The Vision: A Space to Build & Create

We have outgrown our current footprint, and it is time to BUILD & CREATE. We are officially launching our building campaign to establish a permanent, modern, state-of-the-art facility that serves the community.

Our Dream for the New Dance Levels Center Includes:

3 Professional Dance Studios for classes and workshops.
A 300-Seat Black Box Theater to bring local productions to life.
3 Professional Dance Studios, 300-Seat Theater, & Kitchen Space: Available for community rentals and local productions.
Staff Headquarters: Dedicated offices to house our administrative team as we scale our impact.

Phase One: Laying the Foundation

We are currently in the first phase of our campaign. We are seeking the perfect plot of land to excavate and prepare for a high-quality, premade steel building. This structure will serve as the bones of our future, a place where culture, movement, and community intersect.
