Nearly 20 years ago, Aloha ʻĪlio Rescue started in Daylynn’s home. It’s still there today, with 35-50 dogs on site and seven or eight staff members keeping things running each day. Three of those staff members share a small guest room as their office.

We’ve made it work for years, but we’re running out of room.

As more dogs and families turn to AIR for help, there are more veterinary appointments to schedule, fosters to coordinate, supplies to organize and community requests to answer. All of that takes time, people and a place to work.

We’re raising $25,000 to purchase and convert a 40-foot shipping container into an office and storage space. It will give our team room to work, a dedicated place to help community members and space for supplies we currently pay to store elsewhere. And if the rescue eventually moves, the container can come with us.

It’s a practical next step that will help us keep up with the work we’re already doing. It will also give Daylynn back some of the personal space she has shared with this rescue for nearly two decades.

Will you help us get there?

A gift of $25, $50, $100 or any amount will bring us closer to our goal. If your business would like to sponsor part of the project, we’d love to hear from you.

If you can’t give right now, sharing this fundraiser helps too. Thank you for being part of Aloha ʻĪlio Rescue and helping us make a little more room for the animals and people who need us.
