More Information

- Meditators receive the featured Mantra of each session in the workshop series along with Sanskrit Mantras in print with transliterations and meanings.

- If you already have one, bring a mala (108 wooden-beaded rosary) and a small notebook/pen. If needed, a mala can be acquired from Sri Sudarshan at the Ashram for this occasion and for Mantra Initiation only.
