Phoebe Floyd was born and raised in Atlanta but has happily called Bartow County home for the past four years, after spending 15 years on the Georgia coast. A graduate of the University of Georgia, back when she jokes it was a little easier to get in, Phoebe began her career at Walt Disney World Resort as a VIP and Behind-the-Scenes Tour Guide. She has since spent more than two decades working in school and nonprofit communications.
Phoebe and her husband, Nathan, are the proud parents of two wonderful boys, Walker and Henry, and three rotten dogs who shall remain nameless but reliably answer to “Get Down,” “Stop Jumping,” and “Who Wants a Treat?”
Phoebe serves as Communications Manager for United Way of Bartow County and loves being part of this incredible community. She is a member of the Cartersville Service League, volunteers regularly throughout Bartow County, and enjoys taking the stage with her very funny friends in the Cartersville improv group Sunday League.
She is excited to raise money for Red Door Food Pantry and support the amazing neighbors who make Bartow County such a special place to call home.
