Thank you so much for your generous donation!

On behalf of everyone at the Marin LGBTQ Center, thank you for believing in our community and choosing to support the work we’re doing together.

This past year has reminded us just how much can happen when people come together. Our Q-Nest youth program continues to connect with approximately 40 LGBTQ+ young people through twice-monthly gatherings, creating a place where young people can feel welcomed, supported, and understood. We’ve also been out across Marin, participating in 18 Pride and LGBTQ+ community events and finding new ways to connect with various outreach programs throughout our community.

And our community is growing. More than 800 people are now connected to the Center through our mailing list. Our 11-member working Board and active committees continue to put their time, energy, and heart into creating programs, events, and opportunities for connection.

We were especially moved by the response to our first Annual Awards Luncheon. With 203 people attending, 30 sponsors, and 40 volunteers, we came together and raised more than $100,000. More than a successful fundraiser, it was a wonderful reminder of what happens when our community believes in something and shows up for one another.

Your gift is part of all of that.

Because of your generosity, we can continue creating places where LGBTQIA+ young people feel seen, bringing people together across generations, celebrating our community, and making sure that no one in Marin has to feel alone or wonder if they belong.

Every donation, no matter the size, sends a message: you matter, you belong, and this community is here for you.

We are deeply grateful that you are part of the Marin LGBTQ Center community. Thank you for standing with us, for believing in this work, and for helping us build a Marin where LGBTQ+ people can live openly, safely, and proudly.

With gratitude and pride,
Marin LGBTQ Center
