COVID-19 and Safety Protocol
This concert is designed with safety in mind and in accordance with the City of New Orleans' re-opening protocol. In addition to our overall venue safety guidelines, specific precautions we are taking include:
-Timed-entry is noted on your ticketing purchase. Your entire party must arrive during your screening and seating timed window.
-Masks MUST be worn when you are moving around the venue, to and from your Pod space. It is REQUIRED that you wear your mask throughout the event, unless actively eating or drinking - even in your own pod.
-Central City BBQ's expansive outdoor lawn area is over 40,000 square feet (not including restrooms, bars, and other areas you can’t see the stage) which allows for each group to be spaced at least 6 feet away from each other in all directions.
-Our Pods allow a maximum of 4 people per space, with a few smaller ones accommodating 2 people.
-We are limiting maximum attendance to 15% of normal lot capacity to allow for social distancing from other Pods and ensure that entry lines are small, spread out, and move quickly.
-All tickets will be digital only to prevent ticket scalpers and ensure people in your Pod are people you have specifically invited.
-This concert is held at our outdoor venue whose environmental conditions help mitigate potential transmission through degradation and dispersion (e.g. wind, air circulation, temperature, humidity)
-Beverages will be available at the Tap Truck outside with extended cash bar service inside. Meals will be picked up when you enter.
-Restrooms are inside, but we will be limiting the number of people permitted at one time. Additionally, we are closing certain restroom stalls to encourage social distancing.
-Hand sanitizing stations will be placed around the venue
-All staff and patrons will be required to follow the guidelines outlined in our additional precautions, such as screening, temperature checks, and safety equipment.
