Sunrise: Esoteric Practices for Pre-Conception, Conception, and Birth is a four-week online course guided by Richard Kraft, invited by Matre Sofia. Rooted in the ageless science of Surya Yoga from the Solar Rishis, the course explores the sacred pathways of incarnation, preparing the field for conception, pregnancy, and birth while helping souls retain their connection to higher realms. Teachings include Spiritual Electroplating, as shared by Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, illuminating how the pure essence of the sun can vivify body, blood, and spirit. Together, we will activate the mandala of incarnation, welcome the rainbow children, and embody our collective destiny as radiant beings of light.

Introduction to Surya Yoga, the “Yoga of the Sun” in order to increase our vibrational frequency to receive the overtones of our higher self

The 7 rays of light and the soul qualities within our different layers of consciousness to form our higher bodies, the causal, bouddhic and atmic

ABOUT RICHARD KRAFT

Richard with his wife, Greta, founded the church The Sanctuary of L.U.B.O.F., Living in Universal Beauty as One Family, dedicated to fostering our awakening, healing and embodiment of our soul purpose and divine blueprint. Together they elaborated a methodology, Soul Essence Education, to assist the souls before birth until leaving the physical body.
