Every mile she runs is a reminder that no one should have to navigate epilepsy alone.

As one of YAWE's dedicated Peer Support Facilitators, Teresa has helped create a welcoming space where young adults living with epilepsy find connection, encouragement, and hope. Through peer support, honest conversations, and genuine compassion, she reminds our community that healing often begins with simply knowing someone understands.
