Parking will be located at Arrowhead Building Supply Company, 2904 Paris Road. Please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time of the tour and bring your ticket to be scanned on your phone or printed copy. You will be greeted at the gate that leads from the parking location into the Greenwood property. For this special access tour, a minimum donation of $10/ticket is required to complete a reservation. This means that donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations can be made at any time on our website or text "1821" to 53555. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest CoMo Preservation member and/or volunteer immediately; and, 3. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS COMO PRESERVATION it's officers, officials, directors, coordinators, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors and advertisers ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMO PRESERVATION OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
