The Background on Why we Need a Grill

We have a kitchen on the property but the hood needs to be replaced which is estimated at $45k cost. Until that gets funded, our kitchen is just a warming kitchen, which means cooked food cannot be prepared on the premises. We want to change that. Getting a commercial grill allows us to do that.

Why is it $6,500?

We realize this is not the price tag you're used to seeing when shopping for a grill in your backyard, however this is what commercial grills run. As an events venue, we regularly host large events and historically we've had to borrow grills from other community partners which then becomes a very cumbersome and unsustainable task to manage.

Each year we serve over 500 hot dogs within 90min on Halloween. It would be really great to have the option to grill and boil those hot dogs. That volume cannot be done on a simple backyard grill.

We need a grill that can handle the volume and frequency of events that we produce. Additionally, we would love to have this amenity as a part of our offering for private events.
