The only thing better than a great yoga class, is one that make an impact. Our Community Benefit Yoga classes play a key role in supporting our mission of bringing yoga into the lives of veterans & first responders as well as bridging the gap between the public and those who serve.

We invite you to join us Saturday morning at Medusa Brewing in Hudson to enjoy a brunch-time yoga class. Following the 60 minute all-levels session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer or beverage of your choice (included) at the brewery.

This session will be led by yoga instructor and US Air Force veteran, Steve Cannon who also leads our weekly class for those who serve in Marlborough.

With proceeds benefiting our 501(c)3, your participation plays a direct part in sustaining our free trauma-informed yoga programs for veterans and first responders in the area.
