2024 Mental Health Action Day

My Good Brain is a proud community partner of MTV Entertainment Group’s Mental Health Action Day. Our theme for this year’s event is focused on social connection among youth. Through our events and activities, we hope to bring more social interaction among youth to address the growing social isolation in our community.

On May 16 and all month long, we invite you to take ONE hour for your mental health & well-being.

Our Mental Health Action Day Goal

For Mental Health Action Day, our goal is to raise $2000 by the end of May. With your support and generosity, we are raising funds to help us 1) deliver more SF Bay Area in-person events, covering the costs of art materials, travel, advertising & marketing, and other event-related costs; and 2) provide more art therapy Tool Kits for our upcoming Fall 2024-Spring 2025 school year.
