MGI offers both paid and free courses, events and workshops to provide participants with the tools they need to progress on their journey toward better health utilizing macrobiotic principles. Your donation--no matter the size--will help us continue to create and offer both paid and free programs that will teach people about whole-food, plant-based diets using seasonal, locally grown foods. They will learn about food selection, proportions, nutrition, and energy, as well as how to actually delicious foods that will help restore and maintain good health. Our educational programs are relevant, actionable, and inclusive, so no matter the student's level or state of health, they will learn practical, "do it yourself" content.

Your donation will also allow MGI to pursue projects like our current global initiative: The Soybean Solution. This project is designed to help answer the question: How will the world sustainably produce enough healthy food to feed 10 billion people by 2050?
