About us:

Miami SCORES Powered by Concacaf is part of the SCORES Network, North America's largest free soccer and literacy program, serving over 15,000 Title I public school students across 13 cities, and a legacy program of the 1994 Men's World Cup. Miami SCORES directly serves Title I public school students attending Miami Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) in underserved communities, focused in Liberty City and Little Haiti, through its free, 5-day per week, core program for grades 3-5. All students are all enrolled at our partner public schools and are between the ages of 7 and 12. Male and female students are equally represented (with a boys and a girls team) and 97% of the student population at our partner schools qualified as economically disadvantaged.

SOCCER builds teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline, creating lifelong communities.

POETRY encourages creative expression and emotional health, empowering youth to champion their communities.

SERVICE LEARNING fosters compassion, social responsibility, and leadership through community projects.

POET-ATHLETE is someone who nurtures their mind, body, and community through poetry, soccer, and service.
