Mind Over Miles is a fundraiser built on a simple belief: moving your body strengthens your mind.

On May 22, 2026 -- Memorial Day Weekend -- Bill Murphy will ruck 100 miles along the coast of Narragansett, Rhode Island starting at 6:00 AM. No shortcuts. No quit. Just one foot in front of the other for 100 miles to prove that physical challenges build resilience, reduce stress, and sharpen mental clarity.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. And there's no better time to break the stigma, build community, and move for a purpose.

Why We Ruck

Movement is medicine. Whether it's a walk around the block, a beach run, or a mountain hike -- every step counts. Taking on physical challenges proves we're stronger than we think. It builds confidence, grit, and a powerful mind-body connection.

This ruck is bigger than one person covering 100 miles. It's a statement. A movement. A reminder that we are stronger than our hardest days.

Where Your Money Goes

Every dollar raised through Mind Over Miles goes directly to the American Warrior Initiative -- a nonprofit dedicated to supporting U.S. veterans and first responders. This campaign will help fund a service dog for a veteran in need.
