Terms & Conditions:

By registering for this event, you agree:

1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that you ("the Participant(s)") have or may have against Mission: Kid Success ("MKS"), Rutherford Elks Lodge ("the Facility"), DJ Soni Seehra, Events Plus, Bloomfield Best Bagels, and any other companies, and/or individuals represented at the event arising out of the Participant(s)’s visit to the Facility or participation in any of the Benefit Events or the use of any equipment provided by the Facility, MKS or any vendor. The Participant(s) specifically understand that they are releasing any and all claims that arise or may arise from any acts or conduct of MKS, the Facility, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, volunteers, employees, agents, and officers, to the fullest extent permitted by law;

2) TO ASSUME ALL RISKS of participating in the Benefit Events, even those caused by the acts or conduct of the Facility, MKS, and any other companies, and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, volunteers, employees, agents, and officers.

3) TO RELEASE MKS, the Facility, DJ Soni Seehra, Events Plus, Bloomfield Best Bagels, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, volunteers, agents, and officers from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant(s) (or their next of kin) may suffer, arising out of their participation in the Benefit Events; and

4) TO GRANT PERMISSION to MKS, the Facility, DJ Soni Seehra, Events Plus, Bloomfield Best Bagels, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, and photographers or videographers assigned by MKS to use any photograph or likeness or video footage which includes you in any publicity or promotional publications (e.g. website, social media, newspaper, newsletters, programs, brochures, public broadcasting releases, etc.).
