As MMTL looks forward to our 2026 program round, we're thinking a lot about our first year of activity and some of the things we experienced:

The warm welcome we have received from the industry upon our relaunch
The growing MMTL community of advocates and supporters of artist-driven, new musical theatre works
The importance of providing and opportunity for musical theatre writers to connect.
Our first, expectation-shattering Phase 1 reading and workshop of The Debutantes, made possible by a group of talented and insightful cast, creatives, production team and our supporters.

MMTL aspires to become the preeminent grassroots organization focused primarily on the early stage development of artist-driven musical theatre works. We depend on the support of advocates like you to help make this happen. Any support you can provide will contribute to the ongoing growth of musical theatre and the sustainability of MMTL.
