One Mile. Two Ways to Run It.

The MN Mile is one day, one track, two events. A serious competitive mile in the morning. A family festival mile in the afternoon. It is a benefit for Let's Fuel Growth, a Minnesota nonprofit building mental wellness and resilience for the next generation.

Whether you are chasing a PR or pushing a stroller, you are showing up for the same thing: kids who need someone to prove that movement, community, and hard things can change a life.

The MN Naughty Mile (9am to 11:30am)

A timed, chipped, all-out mile in 3 heats. Built for athletes, founders, trainers, and anyone who wants to find out what they have got over four laps. Awards for top finishers in each heat.

Heats at 9am, 10am, 11am
Distance: 1 mile, 4 laps, certified course
Field cap: 180 racers (60 per heat)
Includes: chip timing, bib, finisher tee, swag bag, festival access

The MN Nice Mile (12pm to 4pm)

A family festival mile with one rule: you cannot do the same movement twice in a lap. Walk a lap, skip a lap, sidestep a lap, dance a lap. Made for kids, parents, grandparents, and anyone who wants to move on their own terms.

Heats at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
Distance: 1 lap, your way
All ages welcome. Strollers welcome. Wheelchairs welcome.
Includes: heat entry, bib, finisher tee, swag bag, festival access

Plus: a giant slip and slide, a bubble zone, ice baths and saunas for adults, a DJ, food trucks, vendor village, and recovery activations.
