We have the call, the experience, and a clear plan to create the definitive resource for Catholic parishes navigating the shift to evangelization in today's post-Christian landscape.

Building on extensive consultation with expert practitioners, valuable feedback from previous consulting work, and the foundational principles from The Four Ways Forward: Becoming an Apostolic Parish in a Post-Christian World, we're developing a slew of practical tools that will:

Guide leadership teams in discerning God's unique vision for their parish
Transform staff cultures through prayer-centered leadership
Provide frameworks to evaluate and strengthen existing ministries
Offer proven exercises to identify and develop new lay leaders
Help parishes create focused evangelization strategies
Establish sustainable financial foundations through tithing
Design comprehensive lifelong discipleship pathways
Reorient the parish to serve the community outside its walls
Deepen and invigorate a culture of authentic hospitality
Create a witness culture where sharing faith stories becomes natural
Develop an invitational culture that welcomes seekers and returners
Analyze local social needs to focus your commitment to the social mission

This isn't some cookie-cutter program presuming all parishes all called to look the same—it's a God-guided, team-based leadership process to discover and build what your parish is meant to be in your specific community! It looks like a book but honestly, it is more than a book. It's a lot of how-to, print and use, done-for-you assessment tools and measurement so you can discern challenges and focus on outreach. By inviting divine direction while embracing your local strengths, gifts and challenges, we'll breathe new life into all our parishes and reach those who need the Gospel most.

All funding is going toward the work of creating, testing, and tweaking this resource. We are weighing whether to make this print, digital, or both. However, for people who support us now at the $150+ level: you will receive a beta version of this resource before anyone else to try out and use! Everyone who donates $200+ receives that plus their name (or organization name) in the Supporters section of the resource and landing page.
