Mounds, Oklahoma has a growing population of unowned cats in desperate need of help. Outsiders TNR, a dedicated volunteer group, is stepping up to humanely trap, neuter, and return (TNR) these cats—preventing overpopulation, reducing suffering, and ensuring they live healthier lives.

TNR is the most effective and compassionate way to manage stray and feral cat colonies. By spaying and neutering these cats, we stop the endless cycle of kittens being born into hardship. But we can’t do this without you!
