Moline Centre Presents: Move It Mondays, Summer Fitness Series in the Historic Block Courtyard

💪🌿 Start your week off right this summer with movement in the Historic Block Courtyard. Join us Monday evenings for a mix of Somatic Yoga and Dance FIIT, led by local instructors.

Participants can register for individual class dates. All experience levels are welcome.

The Historic Block Courtyard is located between River House and Dead Poet’s Espresso on River Drive in Moline.

Please bring your own mat for yoga sessions.
