The finale of the Ellen Masaki Ohana Series will take place on Sunday, June 23 at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu.

Join us for Artistic Director Stefan Jackiw performing Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 5 'Turkish' with our Zippy's Young Artist Orchestra and Kaimana Distinguished Guest Conductor, Yue Bao! Guest orchestral performers include oboists Alex Hayashi and Emily Fujii and horn players Colton Hironaka and Marie Lickwar. Other selections include the Kaimana Quartet performing Borodin's String Quartet No. 2 and Sibelius' intimate 'Andante Festivo."

A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Lutheran Church of Honolulu's First Monday Chamber Music Fund.

Founded in 2018, the Hawaii Chamber Music Festival (HCMF) is devoted to using the significance of music. World-class artistry collaborating with talented students creates unforgettable memories and relationships. HCMF is dedicated to lifting the hearts and talents of Hawaii’s incredible youth musicians through positive mentorship and musicianship. With partnerships in our local ‘ohana, HCMF is especially committed to positively impacting our community while exposing our musicians to the vibrant aloha spirit in our islands. We have featured over 40 artists, 16 concerts, and 6 masterclasses. In 2021, we launched our tuition-free Young Artist Program which has now supported over 50 local students, and in 2023, violinist Stefan Jackiw joined us as our Artistic Director.
