Grab some gumbo and king cake from Hen of the Woods, a Mardi Gras-inspired cocktail curated by mountain local Robert McKee, then find a cozy nook to chat with friends and make new ones while you search for your latest work of art at our silent auction.
Food is the creation of Sewanee Alum Mallory Grimm of Hen of the Woods. Watch out for the king cake...if you get the baby, you might just end up dancing the night away! Live music by Moonshine and Caroline will bring a buffet of New Orleans traditional jazz, R&B, and Memphis rock-n-roll to wrap you in nostalgic moonbeams and get your booty shaking. You don't want to miss this Mardi Gras mischief! Our custom-tailored environment is being curated by Oakes and Oliver’s Modern Mercantile, known for staging events and socials with antique and vintage furniture and décor.
Tickets are limited, secure yours today! Ticket proceeds are non refundable and will benefit local, qualified charitable organizations through the MOnteagle-Sewanee Rotary Club. The Club is committed to raising money for fighting food insecurity in our area, supporting education in area schools, and international outreach projects.
