On April 25, 2026, our community is coming together at Hummus Fit in Lake Grove for an unforgettable day of strength, generosity, and heart.

Muscles & Meals isn’t just a fitness-inspired fundraiser — it’s a high-energy community event featuring eating and push-up contests, raffles, music, special guests, local vendors, and more — all to support an incredible mission.

💙 The Mission

All proceeds benefit EJ’s PJs, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing brand-new pajamas to children and adults in need.

For many families facing hardship, pajamas are a luxury. A brand-new pair means warmth. Comfort. Dignity. A sense of normalcy during uncertain times.

Last year, EJ’s PJs distributed over 6,000 pairs to individuals in need. In 2026, we are determined to double that impact.

But we cannot do it without you.
