East Town Association, a nonprofit established in 1963, is dedicated to promoting growth and vitality in Milwaukee’s East Town area. For over 60 years, we've hosted cherished free community events like Bastille Days, Storm the Bastille 5k Run/Walk, Jazz in the Park, and Cathedral Square Market, creating opportunities for community connection, cultural celebration, and support for local businesses and individuals who make Milwaukee extraordinary.

In 2025 alone, our events...

Provided 168 hours of free community programming,
Supported 224 local vendors,
Gave a platform to hundreds of musicians & entertainers,
And promoted tourism, business patronage, economic activity, and park revitalization in downtown Milwaukee.
