Over 200 Signs In The Community!

We've hit a big milestone! Over 200 signs out in the community! Rockingham County is a large area though, and there's a lot more ground to cover. Help us spread the word! Signs are available for purchase through this page or payment can be processed at the shelter. Let's keep the momentum up to help our amazing adult dogs find homes! Huge thank you to all that have participated - we've had a lot of really great adoptions and foster placements this week!

We do have a limited number of shirts for sale as well. These are $20 and have the RHSPCA logo on the front in the upper left with the Mutt-urity Matters logo on the back. Sizes Small-2XL are currently available at the shelter for purchase!

I love my foster to adopted kitties. I love my adopted adult pups too. They’re my orange crew! Consider making an adult dog part of your pack. They’re are so amazing. They are the most compassionate and loving companions and the best part is you get to skip the annoying parts like potty training and chewing up everything! When I adopted my little guy he was over a year old. It was absolutely amazing to not have to deal with potty training. I was able to enjoy the better parts, and way more cuddles since I wasn’t always having to clean up after him all the time. Adult dogs definitely know how lucky they are to be adopted and show it with their unconditional love ❤️
