Introducing the Leadership Lab, a new offering from Leadership Southern Indiana. The Leadership Lab is designed to allow you to choose which leadership skill you want to develop. Leadership Lab classes are a great supplement to all Leadership Southern Indiana programs whether it's been 1 year or 10 years since you've graduated. The Lab is also accessible to those who haven't gone through any Leadership Southern Indiana programing.

Do you find yourself avoiding the tough conversations with your staff? Part of being a leaders is knowing when and how to effective communicate with your team, even when the information you're sharing might lead to tough but necessary conversations.

Understand how Heartset, Mindset, and Skillset influence the success or failure of difficult conversations
Investigate how personalities can lead to "natural conflict"
