Art Rascon, anchor for ABC Channel 13 News, will moderate a panel discussion on the present needs and future trends in healthcare delivery as defined by the pandemic. Participating Panelists are: State Representative and Harris County Relief and Recovery Czar, Armando Walle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Episcopal Health Foundation, Elena Marks, and Founding Dean, University of Houston College of Medicine, Dr. Stephen Spann.
