Participating Panelists are: State Representative and Harris County Relief and Recovery Czar, Armando Walle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Episcopal Health Foundation, Elena Marks, and Founding Dean, University of Houston College of Medicine, Dr. Stephen Spann. The Faillace Award will be presented to Chief of Police, Art Acevedo, County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, and Fire Chief Samuel Peña will be acknowledged for their leadership of first responders in keeping Houston, Harris County safe and healthy during these uncertain times.
